January 17, 2024: Project results dissemination conference in Riga, Latvia
On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, HOTEL SCHOOL staff, students, partners and invited guests participated in the project results dissemination conference of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”.

During the event, the project manager, Mg. paed, MIB Olga Zvereva, Chair of the Council, Development Director, presented the developed toolkit for fostering sustainable hospitality digitalisation:
- Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Guidebook for VET Learners and Professionals (initial, continuous learners)
- Pedagogy of Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for VET Educators and hospitality business field coaches and team leads
- Digital course “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” with materials
- Series of Webinars on Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation
During the conference, together with other speakers we also explored the website dedicated to the project, a digital solution developed by the partner DigitalGuest, discussed the challenges and benefits that digitalisation poses and offers to the hospitality industry, and much more!

January 09, 2024: Online project results dissemination conference hosted by Inercia Digital
On January 9, 2024, the partner Inercia Digital (Spain) held the online project results dissemination conference of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”.

October 27, 2023: Dissemination Conference of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” in Rome, Italy
On October 27, 2023, ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL, a partner in the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”, held the dissemination conference of the project results in Rome, Italy. More than 40 participants attended the conference, along with the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Acciuga”. Students of partner institutions had the opportunity to participate in the conference and present updates on the research on sustainable hospitality digitalisation.
During the event participants also reviewed the developed project results, tested the materials, and shared information on the updates and challenges in hospitality digitalisation. Thank you to the ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL for holding the multiplier event in the centre of Rome and spreading the word about the project to the local and international communities!

On October 24-28, 2023, learners from Latvia, Dania, Cyprus, and Italy participated in the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) “Workshop Training in Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for Hospitality VET Learners” in Rome, Italy. The workshop was organised by the hosting partner, ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL, in the framework of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”.

On September 19–20, 2023, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel

June 6-7, 2023: The 3d Transnational meeting
On June 6-7, 2023, the partners of the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Managment College (Latvia), City Unity College Nicosia (Cyprus), Dania Academy (Denmark), DigitalGuest APS (Sweden), INERCIA DIGITAL SL (Spain) and Italian Hospitality School SRL (Italy), took part in the 3rd Transnational Meeting in Nicosia, Cyprus.
During the meeting together with the project partners, City Unity College Nicosia (Cyprus), Dania Academy (Denmark), DigitalGuest APS (Sweden), INERCIA DIGITAL SL (Spain), and Italian Hospitality School SRL (Italy), we discussed the practical aspects of organising a series of webinars on Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation, as well as worked out the details of the workshop on Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for Hospitality VET Learners to be held in Rome, Italy, in October 2023.
The important highlight of the event was organising the first webinar of the series “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”. During the webinar we reviewed the education materials developed in the course of the project and explored how to use them. The webinar gathered 35 participants, and lots of questions were received from the audience.

May 8-12, 2023: Workshop in Pedagogy for Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for Hospitality VET Educators in Huelva, Spain
On May 8–12, 2023, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, in person of the Chair of the Council and Development Director, lecturer Olga Zvereva, and the Head of Study Programme, docent Dzintars Priedītis, together with the project partners of the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” (project No. 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000033140), participated in the LTTA (learning, teaching, and training activities) “Workshop in Pedagogy for Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for Hospitality VET Educators” in Huelva, Spain. The activities were hosted by the project partner, Inercia Digital, and the project managers, Vivian Garcia and Jesus Lozano.
The workshop lasted for five days and was packed with training sessions and visits to local pedagogic and hospitality organisations.
We thank all the project participants, as well as senior lecturers Torben Underlin and Torben Wenneberg from DANIA Academy, lecturer Giulia Trojano from ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL SRL, and lecturers Iordanis Katemliades and Galina Berjozkina - El Dzamila from City Unity College Nicosia, for their effective collaboration during the training and working on the details of the digital course “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”. Together, we held truly valuable and insightful discussions on professional topics in sustainable hospitality digitalisation!

March 7-8, 2023: The 2nd Transnational meeting
On March 7-8, 2023, six partners of the Erasmus+ Project No. 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000033140 “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” held the 2nd Transnational Meeting in Randers, Denmark, hosted by Dania Academy.
The Partners worked on the project results, attended lectures for pedagogues in Hybrid Teaching presented by Pedagogical Consultant Sofie Weikop from Dania Academy and Cognitive Offloading with ChatGPT presented by guest speaker David Lindholm, IT-didactics Consultant from Smartlearning (an online academy hosted by the academies of applied sciences in Denmark). The project partners also visited the Digital Guest company affiliate and other hospitality companies situated in Aarhus, Denmark, to discuss the technical side of the project’s performance through digitalisation.
We thank the representatives of the hosting organisation, Dania Academy, as well as guest speakers and the visited companies for sharing their experience and productive meetings in order to setup modern and innovative pedagogic materials and materials for self-directed learning!

August 29-30, 2022: The 1st Transnational Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden
From August 29 to August 30, 2023 twelve representatives of the partners - HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Managment College (Latvia), City Unity College Nicosia (Cyprus), Dania Academy (Denmark), DigitalGuest APS (Sweden), INERCIA DIGITAL SL (Spain) and Italian Hospitality School SRL (Italy), as well as online participants have gathered for the 1st Transnational Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden. During the meeting we have discussed operational topics of the project and united our vision of the expected results.
We say many thanks to our great host, DigitalGuest, for their warm welcome, and are very happy to continue our collaboration with all other partners of the project!
